Anxiety
If you or your child suffer from anxiety, you are not alone. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, as many as 33.7% of people experience anxiety in one of its many forms at some point in their lives. However, only 36% of those 33.7% seek out treatment.
Anxiety can stem from many sources and manifests in various ways. Therapy can help to uncover the underlying causes of your anxiety and develop coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills.

Symptoms may include:
- Feeling of worry and/or fear that can be overwhelming
- Nervousness, restlessness, or being tense
- Feelings of panic or phobias
- Trembling or muscle twitching
- Unable to form relationships
- Rapid breathing or hyperventilation
- Difficulty focusing or thinking clearly about anything other than the thing you are worried about
