Grief & Loss
Grief is an exquisite pain and loss of a person, animal, job, home, relationship, etc. that results in emotional pain. Grief is experienced in many different ways and not one person experiences grief the same. There is no right or wrong way to grieve or a right or wrong length of time. Your life may be substantially changed in experiencing this grief and loss. I will meet you where you are at and walk alongside you in your journey.

Grief counseling can help:
- Support you in the grief and loss journey
- Activate internal and external resources
- Establish a vision of how your life will look differently than it did before
- Aid in emotional adjustments in response to grief and/or loss
- Discover what coping skills are best for you and how to work on moving forward
- Serve as a guide and/or psych-educate about the phases of grief
