Insurance

We accept most insurance plans, including Highmark, UPMC, Aetna, Optum, and Cigna. Co-payments (if any) are due at the time of service. Please contact us if you have any questions about insurance. We are also more than happy to help verify your benefits and co-pay before your visit. 

Billing

We will bill your insurance company within one week of your appointment. Any remaining balance will be invoiced to the client and must be paid within 60 days. You may use the following for payment: health savings account / flexible spending account, credit or debit card, cash, or check. 

Self-Pay or Reimbursement

You always have the option to pay out-of-pocket. Our rates are competitive and we offer a sliding scale fee option for qualified clients.  Another option is to provide you a with a receipt of services, that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will get reimbursed for sessions. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be times that you will need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, if you do not show up or fail to provide a 24 hour notice for your scheduled therapy appointment, there will be a fee. This fee must be paid in full before further appointments can be scheduled. If you are going to be a few minutes late, please notify us at 412-525-6594.
